Taqwine Platform Integrates into National Digital Services Portal

The "Taqwine" professional training platform has been successfully integrated into Algeria's national digital government services portal, "Dzair Digital Services". This development followed a recent meeting between Mariam Benmouloud, High Commissioner for Digitization, and Nassima Arhab, Minister of Vocational Training and Education. The initiative directly implements directives issued by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune during a Council of Ministers meeting on July 12, 2026, aimed at broadening the national digital services portal's utility and enhancing accessibility.

This integration marks a significant step, enabling registrations for the 2026-2027 training intake to be conducted through the national digital government services portal for the first time. The move is designed to streamline administrative processes, verify candidate information, and simplify access to services. Through the portal's unified national digital services system, enhanced interoperability between different sectors is achieved, improving the overall user experience.

High Commissioner Benmouloud emphasized that the integration of the "Taqwine" platform demonstrates the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education's advanced digital readiness, allowing it to align with the national digital framework. She commended the sector's efforts in achieving this successful implementation. The High Commissioner also highlighted the importance of further expanding the scope of digital services and incorporating additional offerings from the vocational training sector into the national portal, reinforcing Algeria's commitment to digital transformation and accessible professional development.
