New Cultural Award Honors Prophetic Biography in Algeria

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune signed a presidential decree establishing the 'Algeria Prize for Prophetic Biography'. This new initiative aims to foster greater understanding and appreciation of the Sira, encouraging deeper engagement with its study.

The prize will be organized with two distinct editions, catering to both young people and adults. A national edition is set to be held annually, while an international edition will take place every three years, broadening the scope of participation.

This initiative seeks to encourage interest in the Prophetic Biography and reinforce knowledge of its values and meanings across various age groups. It supports efforts to solidify the study of the Sira and promote its principles, thereby encouraging participants to delve deeper into this significant field.
