Dear Citizens,
Each occasion connected to our national memory compels us to honor the sacrifices of the Algerian people and reflect on their arduous struggle, recorded by modern history as a profound lesson in their unwavering commitment to freedom.
The 64th anniversary of the December 11, 1960 demonstrations reminds us of the profound values of loyalty and devotion to our homeland. In the face of oppressive historical circumstances, these demonstrations resonated as a cry for freedom and dignity and a defiant stand against colonial tyranny and domination. They showcased, with undeniable clarity, the unity of the Algerian people and their unwavering alignment with the goals of the glorious Liberation Revolution and the eternal principles outlined in the historic Declaration of November 1, 1954.
The Algerian people, proud of their sacred heritage of unity and defense of national sovereignty, remain steadfast. Across generations, they honor the land of the martyrs and their eternal message. It is with this spirit that we continue to build a strong state fortified by its institutions, economic capabilities, and the readiness of its military as a shield of defense. Almighty Allah has blessed Algeria with numerous bounties and has endowed its proud people with national consciousness, safeguarding it from the schemes of conspirators and the malice of the envious. This awareness thwarts futile attempts to weaken the determination of patriots who hold Algeria dear. It also ensures the security and stability of society while focusing on major national priorities: completing the comprehensive and sustainable developmental project underway in the New Algeria. This project, driven by the genius and dedication of Algerians, continues to embody its strategic dimensions in a victorious and prosperous nation.
We hold immense pride in a great people committed to noble goals, with the flame of patriotism glowing brightly within. They carry Algeria as a trust inherited from the noble martyrs whose pure souls we honor on this cherished occasion.
