Prime Minister Nadhir Larbaoui chaired a government meeting on Wednesday to discuss and review several projects.
The meeting focused on studying a preliminary draft law on protecting people with special needs and a draft decree outlining the regulatory rules for the National Observatory for the Prevention of Discrimination and Hate Speech, in accordance with Law No. 20-05 dated April 28, 2020.
The government also reviewed two presentations on the national strategy for valuing hydrocarbons and the executive measures to activate the National Agency for Urban Real Estate. This initiative is part of the implementation of the President’s directives to expedite the full activation process of the various mechanisms included in the new legislative and regulatory framework. This framework governs the provision of economic, industrial, urban, and tourism land for investment projects and aims to achieve comprehensive economic development.
