Algeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, has reaffirmed Algeria’s commitment to implementing the agreements made during President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s state visit to China last year.

In a statement during his bilateral talks with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, in Beijing on Wednesday, Attaf said, “Today, we are witnessing new energy and momentum in the Algerian-Chinese partnership as a result of all the decisions made following the President’s visit to China.”

He added, “We are proud of this partnership, which has seen a remarkable qualitative leap in the recent phase, especially after President Tebboune’s state visit to China last year.”

Attaf highlighted that “the bonds of friendship are as old as our joint struggle for the liberation of our countries and the restoration of their legitimate rights.” He pointed out that the significant leap in relations is evident, both in terms of political consultation and economic cooperation.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, reiterated Algeria’s commitment to implementing the agreements between the leaders of the two countries, noting that this implementation has already begun.
