Direct Algiers-Berlin Flights Available from September 2026

Air Algérie has officially opened reservations for its new direct flight service connecting Algiers with Berlin, set to commence operations in September 2026. This new route marks a significant expansion of the national carrier's European network, offering a direct link between the two capitals. The service will operate on a weekly basis, with the inaugural flight from Algiers scheduled for September 14, 2026.
According to the published schedule, flight AH2072 will depart Algiers at 14:00, arriving in Berlin at 18:00 local time. The return leg, flight AH2073, is slated to depart Berlin at 19:00, with an estimated arrival in Algiers at 21:05. Reservations for this service are currently available through October 19, 2026. While the initial flight on September 14 is planned to be operated by a Boeing 737-800, subsequent flights from September 21 onwards are scheduled to utilize a Boeing 737-600 aircraft.
The introduction of this direct air link follows earlier announcements by Algerian authorities, including a statement by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune during a meeting with the Algerian community in Germany, indicating Air Algérie's intention to launch a Berlin route. The Algiers-Berlin connection has been a prominent request from the Algerian diaspora residing in Germany for several years. This new service will complement Air Algérie's existing direct flights between Algiers and Frankfurt, further enhancing connectivity for travelers between Algeria and Germany.
