Red Crescent Deploys Rapid Wildfire Relief Resources

The Algerian Red Crescent has activated its field response system, deploying human and logistical resources to support state efforts in providing urgent relief and accompaniment to families affected by wildfires across several wilayas. This immediate activation underscores a coordinated national humanitarian effort following the widespread incidents.
As part of this comprehensive response, the organization has dispatched solidarity convoys loaded with various essential supplies to the impacted areas. The efforts include the deployment of 12 ambulances and numerous other vehicles, alongside the allocation of logistical means and human resources directly to relief operations.
To further bolster on-the-ground support, intervention teams have been deployed from the Algerian Red Crescent's wilaya committees in Bordj Bou Arreridj, Constantine, Sétif, and Tizi Ouzou. These teams have been specifically directed to the wilayas of Jijel and Bejaia, where they are contributing to relief operations, assisting those affected, and reinforcing broader field efforts.
