Chad’s Prime Minister Praises President Tebboune’s Leadership Role Across Africa

Algeria’s Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, was received Thursday in N’Djamena by Chad’s Prime Minister Lamy Halina, who praised President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s tireless efforts in strengthening bilateral cooperation and his pivotal leadership role across the African continent.

During the meeting, Chad’s Prime Minister told dzwatch of his deep admiration for President Tebboune’s “wisdom, leadership, and continuous efforts aimed at reinforcing cooperation and complementarity between the two brotherly nations,” highlighting Chad’s appreciation for Algeria’s role in supporting African development and solidarity.

The Chadian Prime Minister also conveyed fraternal greetings from Chadian President Mohamed Idriss Déby Itno to President Tebboune, reaffirming the profound historical ties and brotherhood binding both nations. He additionally extended his greetings to Algerian Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui, stressing Chad’s commitment to expanding bilateral partnership.

The Algerian delegation included the Director General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation, Algeria’s Ambassador to Chad, and senior executives from major Algerian public works companies COSIDER and ENTP.
