Minister Saayoud Addresses Wilaya Technical Issues for Service Continuity

The Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Transport, Mr. Saïd Saayoud, recently chaired a working session with directors of Regulations and General Affairs from several wilayas. The meeting was specifically dedicated to evaluating the national vehicle registration information system. During the session, Minister Saayoud emphasized that this new digital system is intended to serve as an effective instrument for modernizing public services, streamlining procedures, and bringing administrative processes closer to citizens across the country.

Minister Saayoud further stressed the critical need to address any technical issues encountered with the necessary speed and efficiency. This approach is paramount to ensuring the continuous delivery of public services and preventing any disruption to the interests of citizens. He called for a thorough diagnosis of all recorded imbalances and deficiencies, alongside the proposal of effective solutions to optimally address citizen concerns and ensure seamless operations.

The Minister highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts between central and local services, advocating for enhanced integration and synergy among them. He affirmed the necessity of mobilizing all required capabilities and resources to guarantee the provision of public services that consistently meet citizens' expectations. To maintain this commitment, Minister Saayoud also called for establishing regular meetings between central and local departments to discuss problems and concerns, follow up on their resolution, and find appropriate solutions promptly.
