Algeria’s National Office for University Services has issued a strict timeline for students benefiting from university scholarships to submit or update their files for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year, warning that failure to comply will result in permanent loss of scholarship eligibility.
According to correspondence number 1277, issued on May 13, 2026, and exclusively obtained by dzwatch, the directive comes within preparations for the next academic intake and the annual purging of scholarship beneficiary lists.
The Eminha digital platform will be permanently closed to students on May 21, 2026. After this date, no files will be accepted under any circumstances, and affected students will definitively forfeit their scholarship rights for the 2025-2026 academic year.
University services directors across the country are urged to take emergency measures, intensify awareness campaigns, and ensure all submitted files are fully processed no later than June 11, 2026.
Students are strongly advised to act immediately to preserve their rights.
