President Abdelmadjid Tebboune reaffirms Algeria’s unyielding support for Tunisia during his visit to the capital, Tunis, underscoring the enduring brotherhood between the two nations. Speaking at Tunis-Carthage International Airport after being welcomed by his Tunisian counterpart, President Kais Saied, Tebboune expressed, “Our hearts are always with the Tunisian people and with my brother President Kais Saied,” adding, “Tunisia will never fall, it will always stand, and God will protect it.”
In response, President Saied reiterated his appreciation for Algeria’s consistent support. “May God protect Tunisia and Algeria and uphold justice,” he stated. The visit marks President Tebboune’s participation in the inaugural consultative meeting between the leaders of Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya, hosted by President Saied.
