CNAN El Djazair Establishes Regular West African Maritime Link

CNAN El Djazair has initiated a new regular maritime line designed to bolster its presence in maritime transport and foster trade exchanges with West African nations. This service will operate with a voyage every 30 days, establishing direct connections between Algeria and the ports of Nouakchott and Nouadhibou in Mauritania, as well as Dakar in Senegal.
The introduction of this consistent maritime link is set to significantly enhance connectivity between Algeria and various African markets. It is intended to support the movement of foreign trade and streamline the transportation of goods between Algeria and its West African destinations, thereby facilitating commercial activities in the region.
This expansion of services underscores CNAN El Djazair’s strategic direction to support maritime transport crucial for trade. The company operates a fleet of nine vessels under the Algerian flag, comprising two dedicated container ships and seven general cargo vessels. The regularity of these voyages and the diversified fleet reflect the company's commitment to strengthening Algeria's role in maritime links with African markets.
