Beni Messous, Dely Ibrahim Residences See Minister’s Unannounced Visit

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Baddari, recently undertook unannounced field visits to university residences. These inspections focused on various facilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to student welfare and infrastructure development within the higher education sector. The minister's visits underscore the government's commitment to ensuring optimal living and study conditions for students across the country.
Among the facilities visited were the university residences in Beni Messous and Dely Ibrahim. During these inspections, Minister Baddari specifically assessed the ongoing rehabilitation works aimed at improving the overall living conditions for students residing there. The evaluations are part of a broader initiative to upgrade university infrastructure and enhance the quality of student services.
In addition to these sites, the Minister also inspected the Djilali Liabes university residence. This particular visit focused on verifying the residence's readiness to accommodate female students in anticipation of the upcoming academic year. The objective was to ensure all necessary preparations are in place for a smooth and comfortable academic start for new and returning students.
