British Specialist Teachers Join New Elite Kingdom School in Algiers

Elite Kingdom School has inaugurated a new international campus in Chéraga, Algiers, expanding its presence in Algeria after establishing a school in Oran in 2023. The new establishment offers a complete Cambridge curriculum for students aged 4 to 18 and is notable for being the first school in Algeria fully accredited by Cambridge Assessment Education for its entire educational pathway. The opening on August 23 included an official reception at the residence of the UK Ambassador to Algeria.
The Chéraga campus is equipped to accommodate over 600 students and commenced operations with more than 45 teachers, including over 12 specialized British teachers who work alongside an international pedagogical team to deliver the Cambridge curriculum. The educational project provides a continuous Cambridge path from early childhood through secondary schooling, preparing students for international qualifications such as IGCSE and A Levels, which are recognized globally for university admissions. English is central to the instruction, complemented by a focus on analytical skills, critical thinking, and autonomy within a multicultural environment.
Spanning over 5,000 square meters, the new campus features modern classrooms, scientific laboratories, sports infrastructure, and dedicated learning spaces. According to Ms. Habib Zahmani Nidal, the founder of Elite Kingdom School, this expansion represents a significant step in the school's development, reinforcing its commitment to offering Algerian students a comprehensive Cambridge curriculum and an internationally oriented learning environment, while also adapting to local contexts. The school aims to continue its growth in the country and enhance its international educational offerings.
