Digital Services Simplify Social Security for Citizens and Employers

The Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Sociale des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAS) has announced a new phase in modernizing its services by deploying new digital tools. This initiative is part of a broader strategy for digitalization and dematerialization, designed to streamline administrative processes, enhance interaction between the administration and affiliated employees, and encourage the everyday use of available digital solutions.
Affiliated social security recipients can now access and download all necessary forms related to benefit requests directly from their personal accounts on the “El Hanaa” web platform and the official CNAS portal. Similarly, employers gain direct access via the CNAS website to download documents concerning the recovery of social security contributions. This measure aims to facilitate smoother interactions with economic actors and reduce the need for physical visits to CNAS counters.
To further improve service quality and optimize collection, CNAS has introduced an innovative automatic direct debit service for social contributions. Through these advancements, CNAS reaffirms its commitment to developing a modern, efficient, and accessible public service. The central objective is to save time and energy for users while alleviating congestion at its various local structures.
