New QR Code Connects Algerians Abroad to State Officials

The Algerian consulate in Montpellier, France, has implemented a new QR code system designed to enhance communication between the Algerian diaspora and governmental authorities. This initiative allows members of the national community, particularly those residing within the consulate's jurisdiction, to directly address concerns, offer proposals, or share observations with the Secretary of State for the National Community Abroad.

By scanning the dedicated QR code, individuals are directed to a platform managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This platform provides a straightforward method for users to input their name, email address, subject, and detailed message. The system is intended to facilitate administrative procedures and bridge the gap between Algerians living abroad and their home country, addressing various issues from administrative delays to suggestions for service improvements.

The consulate emphasized that every piece of feedback submitted through this new channel is valued. This digital initiative aims to strengthen ongoing dialogue with the national community abroad, ensuring that their perspectives are heard by relevant government officials and contributing to the continuous improvement of public services tailored to the needs of the diaspora.
