Algeria’s Chemical Holdings Company Integrates Recovered Car Maintenance Fluid Production Unit in Tissemsilt

Algeria’s Holding Company for Chemical Specialties is pressing forward with its mission to rehabilitate and reintegrate recovered industrial assets into the national economic cycle, in direct alignment with President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s directives to revive seized industrial properties and deploy them in support of national production.

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, production lines for automotive maintenance fluids of various types were officially recovered in the wilaya of Tissemsilt and transferred to the ENAD detergents group, bolstering its manufacturing capacity and expanding its industrial operations.

CEO Samir Yahiaoui personally oversaw the signing ceremony between ENAD’s director general and the State Property Director of Tissemsilt wilaya.

This marks the fourth such operation within the framework of recovering assets seized under final judicial rulings. Officials told dzwatch the move is a strategic industrial gain aimed at reducing import dependency, creating jobs, and reinforcing the competitiveness of national enterprises.
