The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lounès Magramane, received today, Wednesday, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Algeria, Min Kyung-tae, who paid him a courtesy visit.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the relations of friendship and cooperation between Algeria and the Republic of Korea, as well as ways to strengthen them within the framework of the Strategic Partnership Agreement in force between the two countries since 2006.
The two sides reviewed the agenda of visits and bilateral events scheduled for the second half of the current year, foremost among them the fourth session of the Algerian-Korean Joint Governmental Committee. They also exchanged views on the main current regional and international issues.
