Minister Guideri Discusses National Drug Distribution with Pharmacists

Wassim Guideri, the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, held a meeting on Monday in Algiers with Sami Terache, the head of the National Union of Private Pharmacists (SNAPO). The discussions focused on addressing various concerns related to the national supply of medicines, with a particular emphasis on optimizing distribution mechanisms across the country.
The core objective of the meeting was to explore strategies for enhancing the regular availability of pharmaceutical products throughout all pharmacies. This initiative underscores the government's commitment to ensuring that essential medicines reach citizens consistently and efficiently, addressing a critical aspect of public health service.
By engaging directly with representatives of private pharmacists, the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry is working to reinforce existing frameworks and develop new approaches to drug distribution. This collaborative effort aims to streamline supply chains and guarantee that the national market is well-stocked, thereby supporting public welfare and access to healthcare.
