Batna Professors Lead Nation in Medical Promotion Competition

Batna province has garnered national recognition for its medical and scientific capabilities following the exceptional performance of two professors in a national competition for promotion to full university hospital professor. Professor Houssam Eddine Oughlan, specializing in Urology and Kidney Surgery, and Professor Noura Reghi, an expert in Infectious Diseases, were honored by the Governor of Batna province, Benahmed Riadh, for their outstanding achievements.

Both professors secured the top national rank in their respective fields within the competition, an accomplishment that highlights the high level of medical expertise present in Batna province. Their success contributes significantly to enhancing the province's standing within the national health sector, showcasing its robust academic and clinical talent pool.

The honoring ceremony, held in appreciation of the professors' distinguished scientific and professional careers, was attended by several key figures including the Vice President of the Provincial People's Assembly, the Director of Local Administration, and various officials from the health sector within the province. This recognition underscores the commitment to excellence in medical education and practice in Batna, reaffirming its vital role in Algeria's healthcare landscape.
