Passenger Hails Positive GNV Ferry Journey from Annaba

A recent traveler aboard the GNV Cristal ferry from Annaba to Civitavecchia, Italy, has reported a positive experience regarding her journey. The passenger particularly commended the level of organization and the quality of traveler care provided at Annaba Port, sharing her satisfaction following her passage through the port's maritime terminal.
The passenger specifically lauded the good reception and the supportive conduct of port agents, noting their assistance throughout the various stages of the process. She also highlighted several amenities made available to travelers, such as parasols, chairs, and drinking water, which contributed to a more comfortable waiting experience at the port.
Furthermore, the traveler indicated that the sea crossing itself occurred under favorable conditions, observing the adherence to arrival and departure schedules, the cleanliness of the ship, and the smooth and rapid exit procedures. While acknowledging a brief wait at the registration counter due to a single open window, this was presented as a minor detail within an overall positive journey. This feedback was subsequently shared by the Annaba Port Authority as part of its ongoing monitoring of passenger impressions; the GNV Cristal, which transported 441 passengers and 146 vehicles on its journey to Civitavecchia, had recently docked at Annaba Port on August 26 before its departure later that day.
