Saidal Signs Partnership Agreements with Tipaza University and National Veterinary School

The Saidal Group signed two framework partnership and cooperation agreements on July 6 and 7, 2026, with the University of Tipaza and the National Higher Veterinary School. The agreements come as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between the industrial sector and institutions of higher education and scientific research.
The two agreements were signed under the supervision of Mourad Belkhelfa, Director General of the Saidal Group, alongside Mohamed Hadidi, Rector of the University of Tipaza, and Sonia Belsalem, Director of the National Higher Veterinary School.
These partnerships aim to promote cooperation in scientific research, development and innovation. They also seek to support the implementation of joint research projects, the exchange of expertise and skills, and the supervision and training of students and researchers.
The agreements also include the organization of seminars, workshops and scientific activities. Particular attention will be given to fields linked to the pharmaceutical industry, veterinary medicine and biotechnology, which are considered important areas for scientific and industrial development.
The meetings held between Mourad Belkhelfa and a group of professors and researchers also provided an opportunity to exchange views on future cooperation between Saidal and the two academic institutions. Discussions focused on ways to develop joint projects in research, innovation and training.
Through these agreements, Saidal aims to strengthen the link between universities and economic institutions, while supporting the development of national skills. The initiative also reflects the growing importance of building bridges between scientific research and industrial needs.
This cooperation is expected to help create practical opportunities for students and researchers, encourage innovation, and contribute to the development of Algeria’s pharmaceutical and veterinary sectors.
