Presidential Directive Guarantees Full Care for Accident Victims

Health Minister Mohamed Sidik Ait Massaoudan visited the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Ain Sefra, Naâma province, to assess the condition of individuals injured in a recent road accident. The visit was undertaken at the direct instruction of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who had tasked the Minister with overseeing the situation.
During his visit, the Minister confirmed that all available medical and human resources are being mobilized to ensure optimal care for the injured. He emphasized the necessity of continuing this high standard of care and providing all essential means for appropriate healthcare and ongoing monitoring of their conditions. This commitment reflects President Tebboune's particular attention to the welfare of accident victims and his directive to provide all necessary human and material capabilities.
Minister Ait Massaoudan extended his sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to the families of the six individuals who died in the accident. He also commended the efforts of civil protection services, medical and paramedical teams, and all other intervening bodies for their swift response in rescue, evacuation, and care operations.
The fatal accident occurred when a passenger bus, operating the Tindouf-Sidi Bel Abbes route, veered off and overturned on National Road No. 06, leading to the reported fatalities and injuries.
