Ministry of Youth Hosts 2,000 at Martyr’s Memorial

The Ministry of Youth organized an educational and historical visit to Riyadh Al-Fath at the Martyr's Memorial on Thursday evening. This initiative, held to mark National Mujahid Day, involved approximately 2,000 children and young people from across the nation's states, along with members of the Algerian community residing abroad.

Operating under the slogan "Covenant of Grandchildren Towards Grandparents," the visit formed a part of the educational project for summer camps. Its primary objective was to instill the values of national memory and belonging, while familiarizing the younger generations with the history of the Liberation Revolution and the sacrifices made by the martyrs.

The program also served to highlight prominent national landmarks and symbols, reinforcing values of loyalty, sacrifice, and citizenship among all participants. The involvement of the national community abroad was a significant aspect, enhancing their connection to their homeland through the discovery of Algeria's historical, revolutionary, and cultural heritage.
