Dzair Digital Services Integrates ‘Taqwine,’ Attracting Over 82,000 Users

Algeria has significantly advanced its digital governance initiatives with the integration of the 'Taqwine' professional training service into the national digital government portal, 'Dzair Digital Services.' This marks the first time that registration for professional training has been made available through the unified digital platform, attracting a substantial response from citizens. Since registrations commenced on August 8, 2026, the service has recorded more than 82,000 users, underscoring a successful expansion of digital public services.

The Ministry of Professional Training and Education, in collaboration with the High Commission for Digitization, oversaw this integration. This initiative directly implements the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at broadening access to the national digital government portal and simplifying its utilization for citizens. The inclusion of 'Taqwine' on 'Dzair Digital Services' streamlines the registration process for professional training, ensures the verification of personal data, and facilitates access to these vital services through the portal's interoperability as a unified national digital services system.

The notable user engagement reflects the efficacy of digital solutions in simplifying administrative procedures and improving access to professional training and education services. This positive reception validates the digital transformation path adopted by Algeria, which aims to enhance the quality of public services and cater to the specific needs of citizens, particularly the youth. The Ministry of Professional Training and Education and the High Commission for Digitization continue to coordinate efforts to further enrich the national digital government portal with additional sector-specific digital services.
