In a meeting held on Monday, Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received Palestinian Minister of Solidarity and Social Development, Ahmed Majdalani, who is on an official visit to Algeria.

The two ministers discussed the current situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in light of the ongoing Zionist aggression against Gaza.

Following the meeting, the Palestinian Minister of Solidarity expressed his strong condemnation of the international community’s silence in the face of the brutal aggression carried out by the Zionist occupation. He emphasized that the Zionist regime aims to alter the dynamics of the region.

Majdalani added, “Regional peace and normalization will not serve as a substitute for Palestinian peace,” underscoring that the Zionist entity will not enjoy stability as long as the use of force leads to stronger reactions. He emphasized that those seeking change must rethink their policies.

The speaker also praised the resilience of the Palestinian people who continue to stand in support of their fellow citizens in Gaza.

Furthermore, he commended Algeria for its unwavering and solidarity-driven stance regarding the Palestinian cause, as it has consistently demonstrated in the past.

This visit and the strong statements made by the Palestinian Minister highlight the enduring Palestinian struggle for justice and their determination to resist occupation, while also shedding light on the importance of international engagement in resolving the longstanding Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
