Humanitarian Aid Convoy for Reggane Residents Marks 64th Anniversary of Nuclear Explosions

In a significant display of solidarity, the Minister of Mujahideen (War Veterans) and Rights Holders, El Aid Rabie, alongside the President of the Algerian Red Crescent, Ibtisam Hamlaoui, inaugurated a humanitarian aid convoy destined for the residents of Reggane in Adrar Province, commemorating the 64th anniversary of the nuclear explosions in the Algerian Sahara.

Minister Rabie emphasized the convoy’s launch as a gesture rooted in the Algerian spirit of humanitarianism towards the people of Reggane. He highlighted that this initiative is part of the state’s social protection policy, underscoring his ministry’s commitment not only to preserving historical memory but also to social protection for those affected during the liberation revolution.
