PM Ghrib Inspects Wildfire Victims at Zeralda Hospital

Prime Minister Sifi Ghrib visited the Dr. Said Chibane Major Burns Hospital in Zeralda on Friday evening to assess the health status of individuals injured in the wildfires that affected the Jijel province. This visit was undertaken at the direct instruction of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and followed the Prime Minister's return from a field tour of Jijel, where he had inspected the damage and conditions for victims.
During his time at the specialized hospital, Prime Minister Ghrib received detailed briefings from the medical teams. These briefings covered the nature and severity of the patients' injuries, as well as the comprehensive medical and therapeutic care being provided. The Prime Minister closely observed the conditions of the injured individuals who had been evacuated from the affected areas for specialized treatment.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Ghrib affirmed President Tebboune's keen personal interest in the victims' welfare, underscoring the President's commitment to ensuring their optimal care. He reiterated that all necessary medical resources are to be mobilized for continuous follow-up and the provision of appropriate treatment. The Prime Minister further stressed the critical importance of maintaining comprehensive care for the injured and guaranteeing essential health services, supported by diligent and ongoing monitoring from specialized medical personnel.
