CNAP Bank Enters Capital of Cardif Algeria Insurance Company

CNAP Bank has officially acquired shares in Cardif Algeria, enhancing the partnership between the two institutions to drive mutual growth and meet customer expectations.

The National Savings and Provident Fund (CNAP Bank) announced today that it has entered the capital of Cardif Algeria Insurance Company. According to the statement, the acquisition was formalized by CNAP Bank’s General Manager, Mr. Bouziani Said Ahmed, and BNP Paribas Cardif, represented by Ms. Chevalier Charlotte, Director for Europe, Mediterranean, and Middle East.

This agreement strengthens the collaboration between the two institutions and reflects their shared ambition to achieve mutual growth, aimed at better meeting customer needs, according to CNAP Bank.
