Leak reveals Samsung Galaxy S24 specs

Samsung has started putting its full focus on the next generation of its flagship phones, the Samsung Galaxy S24, after the company has already announced its latest foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5.

Samsung offers two series of flagship phones at the present time, the first is the Galaxy S series, and the second is the foldable Galaxy Z. Today, a leak appeared of the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S24, the Plus and Ultra models.

The leak comes after accessing the Geekbench performance measurements document on the official website of the tool, where it was found that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus will carry the model number SM-S926, while the number will be SM-S928 for the Ultra model.

The Geekbench listing for the S24 Plus shows that the phone is powered by a processor codenamed 'Pineapple', which is expected to be Qualcomm's next generation, third-generation Snapdragon 8.

It seems that the processor is octa-core, 1 core with a frequency of 3.3 GHz, 3 with a frequency of 3.15, two with a frequency of 2.96 and the other with a frequency of 2.27 GHz.

The processor also has an Adreno 750 graphics processor, which enables the phone to measure 2233 performance points on a single core basis, and 6661 points in the case of multi-core usage.

The only other detail revealed is that the device is running Android 14 with 8GB of RAM.
S24 Ultra battery:
On the other hand, the leak of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra model came from the TUV battery licensing platform, which revealed details of the best phone battery among the group.

The license states that the phone will come with a 4,855 mAh battery, while the Plus model's battery will be 4,755 mAh.

It is worth noting here that leaks revealed that the next generation of Samsung, specifically the S24 Ultra model, will come with an increase in battery charging speed capabilities, as it will rise from 45 watts as in the previous generation, up to 65 watts, which is a wonderful and long-awaited improvement.
