Israeli Channel 13 reported that three Israeli soldiers were injured in an exchange of gunfire with armed infiltrators from Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military expressed suspicion of a new infiltration attempt from Lebanon after previously announcing the infiltration of individuals from the Lebanese side, stating that their forces are deployed in the area.
On the other hand, a security source informed Al Jazeera that the militants who clashed with Israeli forces in the vicinity of the town of Zahira in southern Lebanon do not belong to Hezbollah.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent had reported gunfire in the border area of Zahira in the western sector of southern Lebanon.
