The Uruguayan government has approved the appointment of Latfi Spoui as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, with residence in Buenos Aires, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, issued today, Sunday.
