Civil defense services in the Wilaya of Oran successfully rescued two individuals on Saturday morning after they fell from a roughly 8-meter high cliff overlooking the sea near the new port road in the city of Oran.

The rescued individuals sustained various injuries and fractures. One of the victims was unconscious at the time of the incident.
Emergency services provided first aid at the scene before transporting both individuals to the local hospital for further treatment. The rescue operation involved a rescue truck, a specialized team for difficult terrain operations, three divers, a rigid-hulled inflatable boat, and an ambulance.
