Algerian Red Crescent Secures Senior Position in Arab Humanitarian Organization
The Algerian Red Crescent has secured the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization, following its participation in the 50th session of the organization’s General Assembly, held in Nouakchott, Mauritania.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the Algerian Red Crescent, this achievement reflects the respected position the organization now holds at both Arab and international levels. It also highlights its growing presence within the leading bodies responsible for Arab humanitarian action.

During the previous session, the Algerian Red Crescent had already been elected as a member of the Executive Committee.
