Ooredoo Sponsors 13th Edition of Young Entrepreneurs Competition

The “Injaz Algeria” association organized the awards ceremony for the 13th annual young entrepreneurs competition at the Higher School of Hospitality and Catering (ESHRA) in Algiers, with Ooredoo as the official sponsor.

This event, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Microenterprises, featured the attendance of Minister Yassine El-Mahdi Walid, representatives from the Ministries of Industry and Environment, and senior executives from Ooredoo.

In his opening speech, Ali Azzouz, Chairman of Injaz Algeria, praised the “ongoing support from public authorities, particularly the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Microenterprises, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.”

He also expressed sincere gratitude to Ooredoo Algeria, the official sponsor for the thirteenth consecutive year, highlighting the critical role these stakeholders play in supporting youth encouraged by Injaz Algeria in the fields of entrepreneurship and employment throughout the year.

Since its inception, this collaboration has positively impacted the lives of over 150,000 students across 49 states.

On this occasion, Ooredoo’s General Manager, Rene Tamma, stated, “Ooredoo is proud, as an institution promoting innovation and creativity, to support Injaz Algeria for the thirteenth consecutive year. Our contribution to this prestigious annual competition for young project holders underscores Ooredoo’s desire to continue fostering excellence and innovation among young Algerian talents and developing their entrepreneurial potential.”
