Gaza – Palestinian health authorities announced on Sunday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, has risen to 40,405 martyrs, with 93,468 people injured.
According to the same sources, the Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, resulting in 71 martyrs and 112 injured. Thousands of bodies remain trapped under rubble or in the streets, as Israeli forces continue to prevent ambulance and civil defense teams from reaching them.
An earlier report had recorded 40,334 Palestinian deaths and 93,356 injuries due to the relentless Israeli assault on Gaza, which has caused an unprecedented humanitarian disaster and displaced over 85% of the population, equating to approximately 1.9 million people.
