Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, confirmed that the AADL 3 program will be entirely digital.
In a press statement during his visit to the Wilaya of Ouargla today, Belaribi stated, “There is no need for physical files in the AADL 3 program; all registration processes will be digital, and we will only meet citizens when we hand over the keys.”
Belaribi also emphasized that there are no specific quotas or numbers in AADL 3, noting that all applications meeting the criteria will be considered.
It is noteworthy that President Abdelmadjid Tebboune announced during his visit to the Wilaya of Khenchela that the registration for AADL 3 will commence on the fifth of July. AADL 3
